An Appeal by Celtel Uganda Limited against the decision of the High Court Civil division. The Appellant had been found to be in breach of a duty of trust when the respondent’s call data had been released to a stranger on the basis of a forged court order. The Court of Appeal struck out the appellants grounds for being based on law and fact against the rules of the court regarding second appeals. The appeal was found to be incompetent on the judgement of the High Court against the Appellant for breach of trust was upheld.
