Profile Summary
Hannat undertook her clerkship at KAA as a pre-requisite for the award of the Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre.
Following the completion of her Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, she returned to KAA as a Legal Intern. In July, 2021, she was formally hired by KAA as a Legal Assistant in the Corporate and Finance Advisory Department.
Her experience spans across corporate and land transactions, preparation of security documents and perfection of securities, conducting due diligence investigations, advisory on legal compliance over commercial and land transactions, insolvency and litigation.
